‘Isles of Scilly from Land to Sky’

Cerulean blue seas, pods of dolphins and undulating cliffs have inspired Ella on a quest across the Cornish water to the Isles of Scilly. Arriving by the tiny Skybus airline in the midst of a stormy deluge, and leaving by the Scillonian boat in the midst of a stormy deluge in sun-drenched glory afforded Ella the chance to view the Scillies from two uniquely different perspectives.

Ella has captured its seas, skies and rugged heathland in her customary intuitive style, drawing on its isolation and untamed, charming magnetism.

‘Having my first break away since the pandemic, it felt like pure heaven stepping back in time with no phone, only honesty boxes full of good local food, and blue skys. Walking around St Martins, St Marys, Tresco, and Bryer I filled up on salty air and seafood.’
